NURSE TOWER ADDITION  MARYSVILLE, CA

6-story, 225,000 SF Rideout Memorial Hospital Nurse Tower Addition completed in 2017 for Stafford, King, Wiese.   153 new nursing and LDR beds, C-section and NICU, 2 Cath Labs, Interventional Radiology, Hybrid OR, Emergency Department with no-waiting ambulatory entry triage and fast-track treatment unit, MRI, two CT’s, digital fluoroscopy and X-ray, and two Nuclear cameras, material management and loading dock.

NICU ADDITION  MARYSVILLE, CA

During construction of the 6-story, 225,000 SF Rideout Memorial Hospital Nurse Tower Addition, converted 10 med-surg nursing beds to a 6-bed neonatal intensive care unit, without delay to construciton or occupancy of the overall project.

During construction of the 6-story, 225,000 SF Rideout Memorial Hospital Nurse Tower Addition, re-branded Servery and Dining Room to prmote healthy food choices and reinforce the historic connection of Ricdeout Memorial Hospital to the Gold rush history of the rural Marysville community, without delay to construction or occupancy of the overall project.

473,000 SF Surgical and Emergency Services Pavilion, completed in 2011 for Stantec: New hospital main entry; 24 OR’s with integrated imaging, robotics; Level 1 Trauma Center, ED with 68 treatment bays; 2 SICU, 4 Cardiac Cath including EP and stereotaxis, 2 MRI’s, 4 CT suites, Digital Radiology, Robotic Clinical Laboratory, Dietary, Central Processing.

SESP HYBRID OR SUITE  SACRAMENTO, CA 

During construction of the 473,000 SF Surgical and Emergency Services Pavilion, completed in 2011 for Stantec: convert universal OR to a Hybrid OR with intraoperative Catheterization capability for vascular surgery, without impact to adjacent OR's or delay to construction or occupancy of the overall project..

PROVIDENCE HOLY CROSS    WOMEN'S SERVICES AND NURSE TOWER ADDITION WOODLAND HILLS, CA

115,000 SF Nursing Tower Addition completed in 2006 for HMC.  Includes two floors of med/surg nursing, Women’s Services unit, and OR/ICU renovation, Chapel and the hospital's new main entry.

275,000 SF 4 story on-campus multi-speciallty medical office building at Desert Hospital, with underground parking and motor court for patient convenience in desert climate.  Echoing the style of the historic El Mirador Hotel now used as the Administration Building, the Plaza marks the entry to the hospital campus.

41,420 SF 3 story on-campus multi-specialty medical office building with outpatient pharmacy and optometrist, at San Antonio Community Hospital.  A universal practice module allows facility use by specialists and primary care physicians, for reduced overhead, care coordination, and collaborative practice.

UC SAN FRANCISCO MEDICAL CENTER JOSEPH M. LONG HOSPITAL
SAN FRANCISCO, CA

500,000 SF 16 story cancer research hospital completed for Anshen & Allen was the first new facility to comply with California's SB 519 special seismic regulations, and contained the world's first clinical MRI.  Undamaged in the Loma Prienta quake, it contains ED, 300 nursing beds and radiation oncology.
